1. Our Services

Gyan IAS Academy provides comprehensive educational courses and study materials for civil services examination preparation, including:

2. Course Fees and Payment

Fee Structure:

Complete course fees are clearly mentioned on enrollment forms and mobile applications
Fee details are also available through consultation with our academic counselors
All fees are inclusive of study materials and course content as specified

3. Refund Policy

General Refund Terms:

No Refund Policy: Once the course fee is paid, it is non-refundable under normal circumstances
Students are advised to carefully review course details before making payment
This policy applies to all courses offered by Gyan IAS Academy

Exceptional Refund Conditions:

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

If Gyan IAS Academy fails to commence a course due to insufficient enrollment
If the Academy is unable to provide the promised course content due to internal issues
Technical failures that prevent course delivery (not applicable to unavoidable circumstances like natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

Important: A delay in course commencement by up to 15 days (fortnight) shall not be considered as failure to start the course and will not qualify for a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

Students cannot cancel their enrollment once payment is completed
Course transfers to different batches may be allowed subject to availability and Academy's discretion
Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our administration team
