We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering and directing calls, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our services
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including emails and faxes
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Assist with other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 12th Passed or High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
